Terms of Service and Refund Policy

What this service is

The site measures six geometric properties of a face in a photo, and presents them with a composite score. The measurements are real geometry. The composite score is an editorial weighting of those measurements that we chose ourselves.

No scientific scale converts face geometry into a value for attractiveness. The composite score is a heuristic. It does not measure your worth, your health or your prospects, and it does not place you against anyone else.

This is not advice

The site is for interest and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, dermatological, orthodontic or surgical advice, and it is not a diagnosis.

Do not use the score to decide whether to have a cosmetic procedure, to change your diet, or to make any other decision about your body or your health. Speak to a qualified professional instead.

If your appearance is causing you distress, please talk to a doctor or to a mental health professional. A number produced by a web page is not a reason to think less of yourself.

The photos you use

Only upload a photo that you are entitled to use. Do not upload a photo of another person without their permission.

Because the photo stays on your device, we never receive it, and we cannot moderate it. That makes this entirely your responsibility.

Paid options

The single-report option costs US$5 once. It is not a subscription and unlocks one complete report plus one verification retake. The first report must be redeemed within 12 months; the retake must be delivered within seven days after the first report.

The unlimited toolkit costs US$9 every month. It is a subscription that renews monthly until canceled and includes unlimited complete reports, optional private local history, three-photo baselines, progress charts, comparisons and the Photo Optimization Protocol while access is active.

Neither option changes the scoring formula. Both include all six measurements, interactive measurement guides, personalized explanations, score composition, retake guidance, local PDF download and browser printing.

If you are under 18, you must have the card holder’s permission before you pay.

Paid access is for your own personal use. Because all analysis stays on your device, entitlement enforcement is best effort and does not bind a purchase to a particular face.

Subscription renewal and cancellation

The US$9 subscription renews each month using the payment method held by Stripe until you cancel. You can use the visible “Manage subscription” button to open Stripe’s hosted customer portal and cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access through that paid-through date. A failed renewal does not extend access; past-due access is available only until the existing paid-through date.

If the portal is unavailable, write to support@omogleai.com. Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another monthly charge.

How your access is stored

Because we hold no account for you, your browser stores access credentials. If you clear site data, browse privately, or use another device, paid access will not open by itself.

After payment, the site shows a private restore link containing the Stripe session reference after the #. Fragments do not reach ordinary servers, CDNs, referrers or request analytics. Opening the link exchanges the reference for a fresh access token, subject to the single credit or subscription still being valid.

Save the link. If you lose it, write to support@omogleai.com with the email address on your Stripe receipt. Losing it after the first complete report was delivered does not itself qualify for a refund.

Refund policy

A single-report sale is final once its first complete report has been delivered. No refunds after delivery are offered merely because you change your mind or are dissatisfied.

The first report is delivered when the complete report is displayed in your browser after payment is confirmed and a photo passes local quality checks. The included verification retake is an additional delivery available for seven days; not using it does not undo delivery of the purchased report or create a separate refund right.

For the monthly toolkit, cancel to stop future renewals. Cancellation normally does not refund the current paid period, and access continues through the paid-through date. Contact us promptly about duplicate or erroneous charges.

If you were charged but the full report was not displayed, write to support@omogleai.com from the email address on your Stripe receipt, or attach the receipt. We aim to reply within two working days.

We will first try to restore your access and deliver the report. If we cannot deliver it, we will refund the payment through Stripe to the card you used.

Clearing site data, changing device or losing your restore link after delivery does not make the purchase refundable. If you lose the link, write to us with your receipt and we will restore your access.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

If something is wrong, please write to us before you contact your bank so we have a chance to investigate and restore access or deliver the report.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree to these limits:

• Do not try to bypass, extract or share the access token for the paid report.
• Do not use automated tools to submit images at scale.
• Do not resell, republish or redistribute the report content.
• Do not use the site to rate, rank or harass other people.

Our content

The text, the design and the report content on this site belong to us.

Your own results are yours. Keep them, and share them, as you like. You may not copy the report text and publish it as your own work.

No warranty

We provide the site as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that any given photo will work, or that any measurement is fit for a particular purpose.

The limit of our liability

So far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase or subscription period giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect loss, for decisions you make because of a score, or for anything that arises from a photo you chose to use.

Changes, and ending access

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A change will not alter the terms that applied when you completed an earlier purchase.

We may withdraw access from anyone who breaks the acceptable use rules.

Governing law

The law of Singapore governs these terms.
